Transform360 does not accept any exchange, refund, or cancellations after order and payment has been made unless otherwise stated.
If you receive a wrong item, please contact +6017-2187881 or email to email@example.com within 3 days of item delivery in order to get entitled for a replacement. We truly apologize for the mistake but rest assured immediate action will be taken to ensure it gets replaced asap. The wrong item will be redirected back to us and once it arrives our warehouse, it will be replaced with the correct item and shipped to you immediately. Shipment fee for the return and redelivery will be borne by Transform360. The item will first be inspected upon receipt. Kindly ensure that all returns are in good condition and all original packaging (including receipt) must be in place. No replacements will be issued if the item shows signs of use or unsealed plastic cover.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 3 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you opt for cancellation and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
